You're using Malwarebytes so Defender should be disabled. You don't want two antivirus engines active at the same time. I'm more concerned why Malwarebytes appears twice there? If there are any issues with Malwarebytes that could cause issues.
I'm more concerned about the SMART data for your drive D: - that disk is failing. It's marked as CAUTION, because of the Pending Sector Count. This is the count of bad sectors waiting to be remapped. The Uncorrectable Sector count is also flagged, that's the number of sectors with uncorrectable read/write failures.
I recommend replacing this drive ASAP.
I notice from your System log that you're using the TeraCopy tool and there appears to be some sort of issue with it...

There are a large number of these errors in your log to TeraCopy is definitely not a happy bunny.
There are lots of errors for drive G:, which you've said is an external drive? That drive is clearly not happy.
There is also an error for what I think is likely your D: drive, it's one of the two Seagate HDDs anyway...
Code:

Description:
The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block.
I would back this drive up and run a chkdsk /r /x command on it (on both of the HDDs to be honest). The /r switch tests the filesystem and the disk surface and will attempt to fix and errors it finds. Post a screenhot of the end of the output chkdsk produces.
There are also errors for harddisk3, and I think that's your system drive (the Crucial SSD) because it talks about paging errors...

An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk3\DR3 during a paging operation.
I would run a chkdsk /f /x command on that drive. The /f switch just tests the filesystem but not the drive itself.
TBH I think you have a few issues with your storage drive, both the HDDs and the SSD. That would explain the copy problems you're seeing.
