[SOLVED] Plz help to this BSOD

hi and thanks for any one could help or give some advice.
for some reasons, I have to plug and unplug the usb key (total 7 keys) to my computer often. recently I found some times the computer failed to recognize the key when plugged and later running programs automaticly shutdown and soon BSOD appears.

It happened when plugging the usb key or using usb wires to connect my android phone, so I guess it might be the mainboard, so after updating bios to the newest version and somewhat BSOD appeared less but still bother me too much.

here I attached the minidump file and BSOD screenshot, if anybody could help me, it will be great appreciated, thanks in advance.

The attached DMP file is of the CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION (f4) bug check.

This indicates that a process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.

BugCheck F4, {3, fffffa8008c40b30, fffffa8008c40e10, fffff800045c77b0}

The 1st parameter of the bug check is 3 which indicates that rather than a thread, it was a process that unexpectedly crashed. FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0xF4_C0000005_IMAGE_wininit.exe

^^ Winit.exe (Windows Initialize) is a core Microsoft system process that originated in Windows XP, since it has been passed down to both Windows 7 and Vista. This file was created to allow uninstallers to run and process commands stored in the file WinInit.ini. This allows programs to take action while the computer is still booting up. In Windows 7 and Vista, it primarily acts as a launcher for the majority of the background applications that are always running.

So we know what process is crashing, now we need to figure out why.

Given you said this occurs when USB related, I took a look at the modules list for any clues, and I see this - CMBProtector.dat - Tue Mar 11 23:41:13 2008.

This is the CMBChina online bank USB token device driver.

CertClient.dat - Wed Aug 27 03:23:55 2008

^^ Also in direct relation to the above driver, I can only assume it's the client based off of its name.

Going along and taking an educated guess here I am going to say that we are experiencing conflicts with this software and USB in general. I don't know what this software is primarily used for, I can only assume something to do with your bank access and a USB key token for security purposes? What I will ask now is do the crashes happen plugging in ANY TYPE of USB media (not just the bank key)? Or does it happen with the bank key only? I'm wondering for personal knowledge purposes and curiosity more than for the actual solution to the problem. However, I will go as far to say that if it's the former rather than the latter, then you should definitely uninstall this software and not use the USB bank key for awhile and see if the crashes stop. If however it only happens with the USB bank key and no other USB media, possibly try finding an update for this software, or updating it - Ò»Íøͨ ¸öÈËÒøÐÐרҵ°æ (I can't read any of that, but I am almost positive that's the correct page).

Greetings, Patrick, thanks for your quick reply and solution, you are really kindhearted and nice!
to your questions, before I updated the BIOS, the crush happens randomly when any usb device is plugged, not only the usb key from the banks, but also when galaxy s4 is plugged. the situation is more like this, when one usb key plugged in the usb port, it is recongized by the system, after finished with it, I plug another one and continue work with it and repeat once again till a random usb device is plugged, firstly MSE report error and skype, msn, yahoo messenger started to shut down automaticly and maybe 10 secs later, the screen stopped, and soon BSOD will appear.

after updating the bios to the newest version, the crush is not occured as often as it used to be, but if I repeat above actions for 15-20 times, BSOD will appear too.

I will follow up your advice and install the newest CMB bank components and see if it solved and also uninstall to test as well.

I will post the result here.

oh, excuse me Partrick, I forgot the say, as you guessed it, the CMBProtector.dat is automaticly installed when accessing China Merchant Bank internet banking system with it's usb key.
it is a hardware to help the bank to identify the user. we get it from the bank, and need to download certain certificate on that usb key and set password. the online banking system need the usb key plugged and inputted the right password to get in.

If after you update all of the USB bank related components you still suffer crashes, as I said earlier, I would recommend uninstalling all of the bank USB software and use the system for awhile without it + not plugging the bank key. If you suffer no crashes, it's the bank software / key, and you'll need to either find a working alternative in the meantime or contact the manufacturer for support or a possible solution.

Dear Patrick, thanks again for your answer.all the usb key drivers and components are downloaded from the official site and appeared to be the latest. and just now I uninstalled CMB USB key related components, rebooted and tested, BSOD appeared twice and I believe the first BSOD prompt is different than before, but it restarted so quickly and I don't remember the texts. and the 2nd BSOD appeared after 4-5 times plug and unplug the usb devices to the computer. Here I have posted the 2 dump file together, if you have time, please have a look.

Thank you for the consistent information, it's much appreciated. I will hold off on actually taking a look at those dumps due to your comment here -

If I understand correctly, you essentially went ahead and disconnected your front USB from the motherboard and you are no longer getting crashes when plugging your USB related devices in and out, correct? If so, and if the crashes cease to exist for a bit, you are correct in your assumption of a hardware malfunction. Whether or not it's the motherboard front USB slots on the board, or the front USB itself, I am honestly not sure how to find out without actually testing it on a different board of the same exact model. I suppose if your front USB was interchangeable, you could purchase a new one, pop it in, and then test it. If not though, I am dry on ideas. I suppose at the point we at least know the culprit is one of the two, and you simply bypass it by using your other USB ports, etc.

Dear Patrick. So much thanks for your help and your interested in my issue.

I can say you almost understand my poor explanation, with only one tiny correction: my case's front panel has 2 usb ports, and were both connected to motherbroad internal USB headers called FUSB1.like below pic shown:

I usually use front usb port to plug my USB keys and everytime it will eventually crashed and BSOD will appear. before updated the BIOS, I tried the back panel usb , they system will crash too.

but after seeking help from here and got your advice, while updating the softwares, I also tried to connect the front panel usb ports to the other header FUSB2,(not disconnect to motherbroad any more) and till now, I plugged the usb key to front panel for more than 20 times, the system still function well. I guess the header FUSB1 has some problem and luckily I have FUSB2.
