Yes. I think HW is problem also. This install of Win7 is brand new on the brand new SSD harddrive. The strange thing is that it is intermittent. I have had no crashes at all today.

Oh man. I had about 5 crashes today. I'm starting to think I have a serious HW problem. I ran verifier again following your instructions and it did not blue screen right away. I was able to run the "Verifier /query" (see results below)
I also attached the latest info. Any ideas?

OK, I updated my SSD firmware. I think I got rid of that driver also when I uninstalled the CISCO vpn client. It showed as bad with verifier so I uninstalled it. Lets see if the BSODs stop...
