Now 2017-12 fails at 98% after restart

Driver was aleready installed , but after removing and reinstalling the Driver , now there is no more Error at Device Manager

Yes , found 2 which described as USB Controller and listed under Other Devices . There is no Information in the Properties Tab and searching for Driver finds none . All USB Devices and Ports works fine , so i dont now why .
