    windows Journal.lnk corruption now appears permanently fixed..thank you. However, sfc /scannow repeatedly (tried 3 more times) terminates with following Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log...
