My wife did reinstall the OS, but I wasn't present when that happened. I checked everything else and can't find a problem. Thanks for collecting them for me.

As far as I know there aren't any problems. We haven't used this PC in a while and recently cleaned it all up and put it back together. Everything besides the Windows Update seems to work fine. Sorry for all the work, is there a way I can source it myself ? I'm not that educated when it comes...
