Even if there was no promt to restart I did it.
After restart I tried to install faulty updates again...
And what should I say... Succsess! Works for both... No open updates left!

I did the steps from Safe Mode and it works - I used the fluffi444.zip
For me it looks like that some/one of my running programs uses the font msyh.ttf and did not allow to delete it
