I couldnt for the life of me figure out how to private message so I have taken out a lot of the ip config and the list of users. Let me know if you need any of that info.

Here is the component scanner and CBS logs. As mentioned above SFC and DISM stuff came back clear.

Updates on this server have gotten stuck and rollback. Tried Manually installing the update but it does the same thing. Tried the usual DISM and SFCscan now which came back as there being no issues, reset windows update (stopping services and renaming the needed folders). Has around 20GB of...
