Sorry, I don't understand your question. Yes, it is networked. We have only one wireless network which this printer and all our PCs are connected to.

No, this printer has never shown up on my phone. In fact I don't print from my phone. I am attempting it so that I can help a coworker who has the same issue. There are only two printers on the network, the Kyocera and the Brother. Maybe there's an HP OfficeJet Pro somewhere, but I don't know...

Here's the screenshot I see when I try to print from my iPhone. The printer that I want to print to is a Kyocera. Yes, it is on the same wireless network. Is the fact that it has a static IP address the reason that my phone doesn't see it?

[SOLVED] laptop goes to sleep but doesn't wake up

Hmmm. Not even turning off fast startup makes a difference. I'm just going to leave Screen on 10 minutes and Sleep to Never while on battery power. If she get the low battery notification, well, she knows what to do. Thanks for the effort. I'm going to mark this one SOLVED.
