Hello again after a 3 month break. Sorry for not replying but I simply gave up on that and now the lack of SP1 on my system is causing some games to refuse to work so I want to get this fixed. I tried to install the SP1, it failed again. I used the SURT tool as well. SFC says it found no errors...

The thing is I was running it from this file the whole time since it failed on Windows Update. Tried it again through Windows Update since I didn't run it through it for a while and got a fresh CBS log.
