What about the blue bob(services.msc & gpedit.msc) issue pointed out earlier? Unfortunately, none of the above solutions worked. Is there any other way to fix it?

Could u pls look up this log & identify corrupt/missing Windows files which "sfc /scannow" couldn't fix? Extended tab in services.msc window & gpedit.msc show a blue patch/blob & nothing else. Hoping to fix my W7 installation asap with ur help.
