Hi,

Could you please upload that image again - it appears to have been damaged whilst uploading and just appears as letters and numbers rather than an image. There is a bug in the software we use that sometimes causes this.

How did you insert the image into your post?

Anyway, please try again and I've deleted your post for now.

Stephen

And again...

How are you inserting the image?

To insert an image in a post, click this icon:
Image button.png

Click the "From Computer" tab and then press browse.

There is then a small "upload files" button underneath the browse button. Click that to insert the image.

Thanks for the latest info. that you've provided. Since you're not using any AV or Security software, it might be possible that your computer is infected.

Are both your wired and wireless connections affected? You may reset your proxy settings by following this simple guide.

Also, try booting to Safe Mode with Networking by restarting your computer. Continue tapping F8 then select this option and see if you can browse the internet freely and safely.

Edit: I see that you have Malwarebytes installed. When you are able to access the internet I'd suggest to download Anti-Virus protection such as Avast or AVG the Free version.
Use Free Malwarebytes and do scan for possible infections.

i will try the safe mode

is there any way to fix ? this problem

Please try it on Networking with SafeMode and also reset your browser's Proxy setting.
How to reset your Internet Explorer proxy settings.

Is there a way to try your wired connection if it has the same issue as the wireless?

Would you don't mind re-posting the Xirrus image again? Make sure that we can see the wireless channels that your neighbors are using.

You'll have to give us an update and follow the suggestions given to you to expedite the resolution of your issue. I think that you've overlooked some of the suggestions. Please go back to Post No. 10 and 12. Thanks.

# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

127.0.0.1 localhost
