If the file is too big to upload please upload via a service such as Gofile or WeTransfer and just provide the download link.

Download SURT for your system. (Windows 7 SP1 x64) Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go through the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes). On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log. Attach this log to your next reply. Alternatively, if these instructions are unclear for you, you can follow the tutorial below. System Update Readiness Tool (SURT)

Download the ZIP file https://download.microsoft.com/down...-47D41F2DA187/Win7AndW2K8R2-KB3191566-x64.zip and extract it. Try to install this update. If it fails attach the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your next reply.

I don't know if some people in this situation leave their computer on most of the day, and sometimes they end up with some error.

It can depend on the available free resources, cpu load and it may stuck if there are other issues. How long did you wait the last time. Close as many unneeded programs and let the machine do its job. Wait at least 2-3 hours.

When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter. wusa /uninstall /KB:3191566 Let me know if it says it was successful or if there are any errors.
