Stuttering issues

I have had a lot of stuttering problems with iRacing (among other things) that come and go. On rare occasions iRacing crashes to desktop (less than once per week). I do have issues with other programs but iRacing is the worst.

Attached is the LatencyMonitor report but it shows a big issue with Wdf01000.sys very consistently (always shows up as the #1 issue by a mile), but can't find anything to fix it.

All my drivers are up to date. I ran the DISM tool, tested the memory, ran CHKDSK and did a SFC scan. All were no problems found.

I attached the Speccy data in case that is helpful.

Try a Clean Boot. If that works, you can leave it this way, or you can add one Startup item, or Service until the stuttering returns, then you will know the culprit

Thanks, no stuttering with clean boot, so I will start working to eliminate things. One thing of note, the link you provided is out of date with how Windows looks now. It is fairly easy to figure out, but thought I would share since I doubt many "helpful" folks look at it. Thanks again, awesome!
