z8_eng Member Joined Aug 27, 2024 Posts 8 Aug 27, 2024 #1 Hi! We have a system that seem to be failing to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. SFC and DISM scans show no issues. The first reboot finishes and then it reverts back to Win10 with the message: 0xC1900101, 0x20017 I've checked the TPM and it's an IFX model, 2.0 compatible looks like. Drivers up to date, latest BIOS, tried ISO, tried MCT, tried direct upgrade, setup /product server no dice. Removed the Print to PDF/XPS features as I know these can cause issues sometimes. Compatibility scanner shows no blocks. Panther/Rollback logs available here and SetupDiag logs attached: Easyupload.io - Upload Files and Share Them Easily Thank you.
