[SOLVED] Windows Cumulative Updates failing with Error 0x800f0982 windows 11 23h2

Hi!
Windows could not install last updates KB5041585 and previous error 0x800f0982
I have made all recomendations normal fixes, DISM, SFC, Resetting Windows Update Etc.
Could you help me as you do here - [SOLVED] - Windows Cumulative Updates failing with Error 0x800f0982
