Unable to run KB4534310 + KB3000483 + KB3159398 + KB4539601 update in Windows 7

Hi there, I have just did a fresh Windows 7 SP1 OS reinstall but I'm having issue install Windows Update, specifically KB4534310 + KB3000483 + KB3159398 + KB4539601 are keep failing, I've also tried manually running the MSUs but all fails. Before creating this post as per your guidelines I have tried:

1) manually running the MSU - update failed to install
2) sfc /scannow - did not find any integrity violations
3) ran SUR - attached are ComponentsScanner, ComponentHive and CBS

CBS link : CBS.zip

Any help resolving this error would be appreciated.

Great. The CheckSur log is clean.
Restart the machine.
Run the command sfc /scannow in an elevated commandprompt and report the result.
If it fails, copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

kb3000483 had been installed in earlier:

I had tried to run window update troubleshooter and rerun the update, it still failed

Please provide only the requested files to minimize the amount for download. No need to provide the complete CBS folder. The latest logfiles contains almost 15GB of data where only 20Mb was needed.

Tried to download the kb from microsoft catalog and tried to run the window update, both methods failed:
