[SOLVED] WS2016 DISM error 1734 the array bounds are invalid and other problems

Great, please try to open the settings screen and let me know the result? I think the problem should be fixed!
 
I've seen a similar issue on another Server 2016 in the past.. But are there any other issues with this server?
