Windows Server 2022 0x80073701 ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING

I'm facing an issue with Windows Server Datacenter 2022 updates with 0x80073701 ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING

I've tried sfc /scannow and 100% sucessful with no integrity violation

and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth 100% the operation completed successfully

I've also tried to install the patch manually but it failed during installation with this error code 0x80073701

I'm not able to install Windows updates anymore on Windows Server Datacenter 2022 with error code 0x80073701

Anyone can help please?
