Windows 8.1 BSoD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL when playing Roblox (of all things)

Ever since fixing Roblox not even launching in September (after it broke in October of last year), every time I've been trying to launch Roblox or its desktop app, it's been giving me the blue screen of death with the error code "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" with some or all of the lettering distorted (picture attached). I'd hoped that fixing all the system corruptions that were present would've solved the problem, but now, with my system fully intact and up-to-date (huge thanks to PeterJ for bearing through all the nonsense my computer threw at me!), the only thing that's different is that the amount of time until the crash is longer (≈half a minute instead of immediately). One of the findings that I discovered was that in safe mode (with and without networking) the crash doesn't occur.
The Roblox support hasn't really been helpful on this issue, only telling me to create a new user and do a system restore, the first of which didn't help and the second of which I can't do, since my system is now free of corruptions and because this issue's taken so long to try to fix that there isn't a point before it I can restore to.

Poll answers:

  • OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64-bit, desktop,
  • Original OS: Windows 7,
  • Age of system: 12 years/since 2012 (🧓),
  • Age of OS: 9 years/since 2015,
  • Reinstallations: my system hard drive failed in December of 2015, losing all data and causing me to install the entire system anew,
  • CPU: AMD FX-6300 6-core,
  • Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 5750,
  • Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A78L-M LX V2,
  • Driver Verifier: disabled, I think - I've never had to interact with it, so I don't know what to look for. All of its flags are off,
  • Security software: Dr.Web (antivirus),
  • I am using GoodbyeDPI (an app that scrambles Internet traffic) to circumvent censorship. Turning it off does not resolve the issue,
  • Disk Image tools: I have Daemon Tools, I only use it occasionally, though,
  • Under/overclocking: neither.
All of the answers missing are the ones I couldn't give, because I do not know how to answer those questions.

Speccy results (they're all in Russian, though, since I'm from there):

You might also notice that my computer is particularly toasty - even though it might be cold outside, indoors it's 30°C/86°F and there's actually nothing I can do about that. Usually, my computer's temperature is a lot lower (≈60°C) when the temperature indoors is more normal.

You might be looking at the attachments right now and thinking, "Where's the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp results?" Well, for whatever reason, the app just crashes a few frames after being launched with the only line that appears in the command prompt window being:
C:\Users\Сашв\Desktop>Set CppWrapperPath=C:\Users\
Do I need to download anything else or did I do something wrong? I just downloaded the appropriate version for my system (v4.6.1 for Windows 8.1) and placed it on my desktop, like what it said to do here.

How did you get Windows 8.1 Enterprise?
My dad installed it using a DVD with the official image of Windows 8.1 Enterprise that he had at his old job, since he's the specialist.

Also, I just realized I made a mistake in the original description, sorry:
My current hardware has always had Windows 8.1 (with the current, clean reinstallation from 2015) - I had Windows 7 before 2012 with different hardware.

Then I'm afraid you don't have a valid license to run that copy of Windows. The forum rules do not permit us to assist with Windows systems that are not properly licensed. You did have a valid license for the Windows 8.1 upgrade from the licensed OEM Windows 7 that came with the PC/laptop, if you'd like to reinstall that copy of Windows we can help. The Enterprise edition of Windows is not licensable to home users.

I choose to not proceed then.
At least it's fair.
