Hey everyone, my laptop's been buggin out on me for a while and its gotten a lot worse...

My graphics card recently gave out (Intel 520 Graphics card), making my brightness 100% at all times and Intel Graphics Command Center Dissappeared. Not only that, but my touchscreen driver is also deleted along with one of my usb ports.
When checking device manager it says "Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor" with the error " The Third-Party INF does not contain digital signature information"

I've been trying to fix these issues for a while myself since last time I was duped into sending my laptop out and never got it back!
Going through and vetting every possible default driver installed on my current laptop has been exhausting so after much due diligence, some trial and error.... I concede.

The thread right here is giving me hope, so there's a chance~

The patient is a Dell Inspiron 13-7359 i7-6500U with SMBIOS ver 2.8 running Windows 10 64bit

Thanks to whoever can support!

You posed quite a bit. Since you're now using on board graphics, it became evident (Digital sig problem) that you've retrieved drivers from unauthorized sources. As a first recommendation, either use recommendations from the Device Manager or go directly to the manufacturer of the particular part, i.e. Intel, NVIDIA etc. Also, because your laptop is a Dell, some of the drivers are proprietary to them.
