Unable to boot into Windows 8.1

Hi,

I have an old laptop with some important data that has Windows 8.1 running.

But lately I see that I am unable to boot into my account.

I am stuck on the screen with a message for "Please Wait" and an infinite progress ring when I boot up.

Running in Safe-Mode is not an option because I need to perform a "Repair Install" for it to get up and running.

Any ideas on how I can log my account normally?

I have tried this. That's how I was trying to get into Safe Mode. But even in Safe mode I keep getting the same error of Please wait.

Are there any Windows repair tools that I can use from a Live CD ? Any ideas?

I can give you the SrtTrail.txt file from the startup repair. Would that help ?
