Hi,

I've struggeling for a long time to fix the 0x800f0805 error while downloading the latest Windows Updates, it fails when i trying to download them.
even installing single .msu are files failing

I am unable to add any Roles or features in Server Manager (tried a remote Server manager, failing with the same 0x800f0805 error)

Tried to fix this issue by following a lot of threads all over the internet but unfortunately unable to get it running.
For example tried to reset the Windows update folders (catroot2 / Softwaredistribution folder)

The Server is a Domain Controller so i hesitate to do a repair.

Could you help me in targeting and resolving this issue?

Hi @Mike_010,

Welcome to Sysnative Forums!

If you haven't already, please review the posting instructions here, and attach the requested log files. Without log files, our helpers will not be able to assist, and this will slow down fixing your machine.

If logs have been already been provided, our team of volunteers will analyse the provided log files to build a fix for your system. Please be aware that this may take several days from your initial post, due to the high volume of threads that we receive.
