[SOLVED] Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade fails

Hello. I've been playing around 2 days already to bypass this problem, cannot upgrade to Windows 10, it gets to 100% then waiting to restart and after a few moments "Windows 10 installation has failed". Antivirus and others software uninstalled, audio drivers uninstalled, run sfc /scannow, restore to original the PATH from system variables, needed windows 7 updates installed and so on...don't know what else to do. Any help will be much appreciated.

It was a BIOS issues, updated the BIOS and now everything is alright. Thank you
