Hello. I'm running into a number of issues with a few of the Windows Server 2022 hosts I manage patching for. I've run through the standard sfc/dism checks to repair, which come back with 100% complete and supposedly successful results, but still keep getting the 0x800f0982 error thrown when attempting to install. I've attached CBS log from the installation attempt followed by the sfc/dism runs and component scanner output. Currently have 2 servers throwing this same error/behavior and expect more as the patch cycle continues.

Hello. This request can be disregarded. Found a Windows Server 2022 host that I was able to use as a donor and got the components hive/WinSxS back into a sane state followed by a successful installation of the KB5046616 after 8-9 dism restorehealth runs on each host. Each time the dism restorehealth would find less and less corruption issues to resolve. Once none were found I attempted a reinstallation of the problem patch.
