WS2019 DISM Error "The specified file cannot be found."

hi. we often get blue screens. when checking dism, we get an error.

Download the

Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App to your desktop.
  • Right-click on SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  • When the tool is ready, it will open the directory: C:\Users\<username>\Documents.
  • Post the zipfile: SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip as attachment in your next reply.
  • The textfile 'BSODPostingsInstructions' you may close.
 
Hi,

The last BSOD is from today as it seems, so before we start fixing things I would suggest to start a new thread in the BSOD section to get advise from a BSOD expert.
Please refer to this thread as well.

I've also changed the thread title, because this is an 2019 server instead of 2016!
