My machine has started to present some malfunctioning. Can't really pinpoint when or after what, I just know it's been like one or two weeks.

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H Rev 1.0
GPU: EVGA 1660 Ti SC Ultra
RAM: 2x16GB 3200MHz CL16 TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 (PC4-25600)
PSU: EVGA 100-W1-0600-KR 80 PLUS White 600W
Storage:
-Kingston A2000 1TB NVMe
-Sandisk SSD Plus 240GB SATA
-Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB 7200rpm
-Seagate BarraCuda 4TB 5400rpm

- Bad Image error: For a couple of applications that I have on startup, it displays a message about WININET.dll and WINHTTP.dll not designed or with errors.
- Windows Search doesn't work: Trying to type something on the start menu doesn't register, sometimes crashing the start menu entirely.
- Most Apps from the Windows Store don't run: Trying to launch any app installed directly from the Windows Store crashes immediately after showing it's launch window.
- Bonus: For some reason, Half-Life doesn't launch now.
