device freeze 2199 computrace activated

my dell inspiron will not allow me to use freely because computrace has been activated in BIOS. This is not a business machine this is a personal laptop which computrace was activated in error. I have opened task manager to stop rpcnetp but it will reappear after restart. please provide instructions to remove rpcnetp permanently

It seems you can disable computrace only with a "call" to absolute software corporation.
They updated its name and features in absolute persistence, some years ago.
