Facing error 0x800703f1 on windows update and any Nvidia driver/application

I have had a problem with storage on my C drive so I have not been able to get the latest Windows 10 22H2 version for quite some time. I deleted some files yesterday and wanted to update everyting, including my Nvidia drivers (GTX 1050 ti) but the installations were failling, so stupidly enough I went to delete everything to do with Nvidia using DDU and also from Control Panel as well as Device Manager and now I am stuck becuase I cannot setup my Nvidia drivers at all. All Nvidia related applications fail with the error above and my Windows update also fails with the above error in the Windows Update part of Control Panel. I have tried to use the Update Assistant, the image creation tool from microsoft and I have done sfc and dism and they run just fine. I have also deleted the SystemDistribution subdirectories, and also used the Windows Update troubleshooter. I have also done the manual reset of the Windows Update Components and I am still facing the issue.

I meant SoftwareDistribution instead of SystemDistribution sorry . The logs, as per the instructions, are also attached
