Hi, I'm in pretty serious need of help.
I have upgraded this pc to what it is now around a year ago, and I haven't really had issues until today, when I upgraded the BIOS from version 2.02 to 3.10. After that, at the first reboot, Asrock's driver update utility popped up and proposed to update the chipset drivers, and I did that as well. To be frank, I have no idea what version I had, and what I have now, and I have no idea how to check.
Since then, every app I keep always open crashes randomly: Discord closes and reopens, or straight up crashes; Firefox's tabs or the whole browser crash randomly, and I've even had a couple of BSoDs.

I haven't found a guide to help format requests in this section of the forum, so I hope I'm doing this correctly. For any relevant info, please ask.

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7800X3D @4.20 GHz
Motherboard: Asrock X670E Steel Legend
BIOS: 3.10 - AMD AGESA ComboAm5PI 1.2.0.2
Storage: Samsung NVMe 980 1TB
Memory Ram: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 2x32 GB 6000 MHz
Graphics: Gigabyte RTX 3080

Thanks to everyone in advance.

I'm a believer in not installing a new bios version even when one is available (EDIT: unless there's a problem). Anyway, read this: How to Revert BIOS Update [Rollback to Earlier Version] Find a compatible chipset from a reliable source (MOBO manufacturer or the like) and install to replace the new one unless the new one is compatible with your old reinstalled bios. We really should be saying UEFI rather than Bios.
