Continuous fails of updates (both drivers and windows 23H2)

Hi, I have continuously been running into error codes while trying to update my pc and drivers. The majority of the errors are 0x800703f1. I have used sfc /scannow multiple times, I have tried to delete my nvidia drivers which did nothing. Every time it has tried to update and go through, it states that it is gonna update it either fails or fails and has to revert the changes. The updates are 23H2 review version. All I tried to do was update my drivers from the beginning and led me down a rabbit hole of fixes and none worked.
