Install error - 0x800703f1

i've been trying to update to this update for a couple weeks now: 2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5046732). I keep getting the install error - 0x800703f1. I've tried to do a manual install of the update (it told me that it didn't install). I also tried to repar DISM via powershell commands. (e.g. DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /CHECKHEALTH) did not work either, specifically it would tell me that there were corrupt files but it couldn't fix them. It won't get past like 60% before saying install error on my computer and now its giving me a notification about how I'm missing an important update (also I'm not sure which files I need to upload so I won't, but I'm sure someone will respond to this with directions right? I've never done this before)

heres my log files! i also recently updated all my drivers and that didn't do anything for the update
