[SOLVED] Windows Server 2016 KB5046612 failing with 0x800f0900

KB5046612 is failing with 0x800f0900 on Server 2016. I've run dism commands and sfc /scannow. I've also tried installing using the standalone installer, but it continues to fail. Can anyone help.

• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop.
• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.

• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
