Windows Server 2016 DSIM Restore health error Error: 1734 The array bounds are invalid.

Hi
Server failed due to power sudden loss of power.

sfc / scannow does not clean the errors and the DSIM restorehealth results in the an error 1724

I have run the Component scanner and uploaded the results file and the CBS directory.
