Windows 10 stuck at kernel boot, spinning circle

Hi,

I can no longer boot my OS, even to the safe mode.

I first had issues with my desktop, some icons were "stuck" and I couldn't move them. I tried running "Diagnostic startup" to see if it does anything and that immediately made my system unbootable.

I ran system restore point ( I unfortunately, for some reason, had only 1 restore point...), which failed. The system restore point is now gone...

Now, I tried some things from the internet, but so far, nothing good. System is still completely unbootable.

I tried generating logs, I will attach everything I can. I also have a forced memory dump, but it weights 1.65 GBs

I'm trying to fix this myself, but I'm running out of ideas. I don't know what exactly is the problem

Hi!

Did you create a registry backup, before this happened?

Through task scheduler, Microsoft, registry backup OR adding the specific registry Key OR using a special software (tweaking.com Windows repair, acelogix regback and so forth)...

No system image with macrium reflect free, or hasleo backup suite, or similar software?

In the logs, did you put also c:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt?

Unfortunately, no backup. I don't think I attached srttrail file, so I attached it now. I'm not sure if these logs are correct, since the system is offline

Yes, I can. I can run commands on that drive, the letter is G: in Recovery.

I can also launch startup repair, which I launched again and I will add new logs. They seem to look the same...

I can also select the Operating System from menu and boot from it ( I see I was too tired when writing the initial post and skipped a lot of important details).

After I select it, there is one loading circle, which completes. Then a second one and the system gets stuck. It never fully boots. Safe mode gets stuck as well.

No files there. I didn't have that setting enabled, unfortunately. Quite silly decision by Microsoft to disable it by default.

I ran the command. I didn't copy the message( I forgot ) but everything seemed to be positive in the output and command completed successfuly

I disabled all hard drives in the BIOS except for the one with the operating system, which is an NVME drive, before running the command and the startup repair on it.

Yes. Unfortunately, nothing changed. It gets through the first stage right after selecting the OS, first loading succeeds, then gets stuck on another loading circle. Normally, after that loading, it would show the login page, I think.

I.e., you have more than one OS in that drive?

Run the following commands and post the results here.
(If you have one disk, it's disk 0. If you have two disks, they are disk 0 and disk 1. and so forth)

Only one OS on that drive. I have another, old OS on different drive. Will that help in anything? It should be functional.

I've had that setup running for well over a year. I basically bought an NVMe drive and installed new Windows on it. I kept the second drive.

Here is the result of the command. I ran it in the Recovery Environmnent of the affected system

The NVMe drive is the one with the OS that is not booting. Second drive is the old OS, a small SSD drive.

I tried to load the affected system again. I let it stay for like 20-30 minutes and eventually a cursor showed up. I was away from the computer so I don't know exactly when.

So the second circle was gone, but only cursor was available on a black screen. It didn't reach login screen.
