Windows Server 2022 Download error - 0x800f081f - on any CU

I am receiving Download error - 0x800f081f - on each months cumulative updates.
I have had this before on this server and I got help from this forum to fix it, but unfortunately the error has come back.

I hope a fix is possible again.
