Windows 10 Windows Update (error code 0x800700c1)

Good evening,

I have an on going issue that is causing me some trouble. Haven't been able to update my windows version for some time now, but now I noticed that some programs won't work because my version is getting "too old".

A similar issue has been solved in another thread already, but since the mod (Maxstar) who helped the fellow mentioned that the fix is meant only for that specific system I didn't just try that. Here is the thread: [SOLVED] - Windows 10 Windows Update (error code 0x800700c1)

The PC runs Windows 10 version 2004 (Build 19041.572)

I get the same error code (0x800700c1) when trying to update with the downloaded update assistant (Windows 10 herunterladen)
And I can't run sfs/scan successfully (I just get "windows resource protection could not start the repair service")

Upon trying DSIM I get error "193".

When trying to update windows with the integrated app, I get the following: "Some update files are missing or have problems. We will try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80070570)"

and

"Feature update for Windows 10, version 20H2
The update could not be installed. However, you can try again (0x80070570)"

Is there some way to fix this problem or is my Windows version cooked?
