I found another post by coincide with the same problem that I have [SOLVED] Windows 10 Windows Update (error code 0x800700c1), so I tried to use the solutions that were written in there. But the problem still remains so I'm using a new thread to ask for assistance to solve the issue if possible.

I have followed the instructions given in here while creating the post: Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions.

I proceed to list the results with images.

STEP 1
I ran the sfc /scannow code but it couldn't execute it

paso 1.webp

STEP 2
Then I ran the Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth code. It finished but you can see that and error occurred.

I completed steps 3 & 4 and attached the results at the end.

I await for your assistance and I apologize in case my writting isn't entirely correct.

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

Step 1. Download

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Hello, thank you very much for answering.

I ran the SFCFix.exe without problems, I post the results on the attachments.

The DISM command failed, it resulted in the same error as before. I have attached the CBS log.
