[Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 15IMH05] BSOD 0x113 (0x19, 0x2, 0x10DE, 0x1F95) for 1 year and I can't fix it

I tested everything in OCCT for 2 hour(each test) and everything is fine no crash or BSOD so I decide to install games with no anti-cheat to test (Undecember and Dragonheir), I played around almost 2 hour and my screen goes black and when I check in device management my Nvidia graphics drivers change to "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" but BSOD not happen. What should I do next?

Right-click on the Start icon and select Device Manager from the pop-up menu. Expand the window that opens so we can see all entries, and then post a screenshot of that window.

You can see that both display adapters there have a yellow triangle containing a black exclamation mark on them. That means that the drivers for these devices are not installed and so they won't work properly. You MUST go to the Lenovo drivers download site for your graphics drivers, on that page you will see three blue 'Download' buttons - click them each, one after the other. Each download button will download a driver file (they are called jvlc12af40g790.exe, jcl00saf409e90.exe, and jcl00gaf40ae90.exe).

Once the files have been downloaded you must run them ONE AT A TIME allowing each one to complete. You may be asked to reboot after each install - PLEASE DO SO. Run these executable files in this order...
  1. jvlc12af40g790.exe
  2. jcl00saf409e90.exe
  3. jcl00gaf40ae90.exe
After doing all three driver installs display the Device Manager window again and upload a new screenshot.

I have installed all the drivers recommended by the Lenovo website, including both of those. Normally, before testing the game, everything works fine, but after playing for a while, the screen goes black and turns into the state shown in the previous image. I don't understand why the Nvidia drivers show a mismatched version, even though I downloaded and installed them from this website.

I think they just forgot to update the drivers page; they should have changed the driver number and date.
You can see it says January 2021 in the first row and October 2021 in the second row.
Your device is present in that driver: NVIDIA_DEV.1F95.3FA3.17AA = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti".

Yours is: (NVIDIA=)VEN_10DE&DEV_1F95&SUBSYS_3FA317AA&REV_A1

I don't know what is "VEN_10DE&DEV_1F95&SUBSYS_3FA317AA&REV_A1" mean. Am I do something wrong?

It's the code (hardware id) for your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti on your PC.
You can find it in your device manager, display adapters, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti, properties, details tab, hardware id.
And in the dxdiag log (and in the windows registry).

What problems are you still having?

Please run the Sysnative data collection app again and upload the new output file.

It the same problems screen goes black and device management show Nvidia graphics drivers "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" but BSOD not happen so when I restart it comeback to normal. I run Sysnative and it don't have any dmp file maybe it because no BSOD happen
