[Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 15IMH05] VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR 0x113 (0x19, 0x2, 0x10DE, 0x1F95) for 1 year and I can't fix it

Then those events are repetead other six times and the PC rebooted (or you rebooted it): The operating system started at system time 13:44:44 20/DEC/2024.
This happened other four times , with the same events, in these days (20/dec/2024 and 21/dec/2024).
The main bugcheck 0x113 (0x19, 0x2, 0x10DE, 0x1F95) indicates your graphics card as a problem (0x10DE stands for NVIDIA, 0x1F95 stands for GTX 1650 Ti).



What could you try (in addition to the solution suggested by ubuysa)?

1) Check system health with SFC and DISM.2) Remove the dust inside the laptop.

I searched what that means, but I wasn't able to find it.
Maybe it could be a BIOS/UEFI option (i.e., you should access your BIOS/UEFI settings and disable INTEL RTPM - "Runtime Power Management" or "Real Time Performance Measurement"?)?
Or an option in intel graphics software?:unsure:
4) Try newer drivers (like you suggested).
 
It's my considered opinion that this is a hardware fault, almost certainly a flaky Nvidia graphics card. These are typically soldered in a laptop and can't be easily replaced, that means a new motherboard and that's usually not an economic repair.

@xilolee those log entries are the ones I was referring to in my previous post (#37) and based on everything we have seen and done in this thread I'm sure that these are due to a flaky graphics card rather than anything in Windows. The OP has recently factory reset the laptop and installed all the Lenovo drivers, they also recently tried the generic Nvidia drivers, all to no avail.
 
In summary, the issue is not caused by the drivers but by the hardware, specifically the GTX 1650 Ti graphics card. The solution would be to replace the motherboard, but that would cost a lot and isn’t worth it. So, I’d like to thank everyone who helped solve this problem. Thank you.
 
That is my opinion. But that doesn't mean it's scrap. It will not run games well without the GTX 1650 Ti but it will still work. You just need to disable the 1650 Ti so it's fault doesn't impact you and run all your graphics off the iGPU in the CPU. That will be fine for all but graphics demanding games. TBH, unless you are gaming you probably don't need a dedicated GPU at all....
