kb5048685 fails to install no matter what

Hello!
Here are my CBS logs.
I see some errors about NET4 but i have already installed that.
I also see

2024-12-19 00:28:17, Info CBS The store corruption status report is incomplete. [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND]
which leads me to understand that i am missing something.
I did all the nesessary DISM commands and these logs attached are my final ones.
Any ideas?

Export registry key as hive file.
  • Open the Start menu of Windows and type CMD.
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, select the option Run as administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following command into the command prompt and press enter.
Code:
reg save "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\AppxAllUserStore" "%userprofile%\Desktop\AppxAllUserStore.hiv"
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called AppxAllUserStore.hiv.
  • ZIP this file and attach it to your next reply.

It seems something went wrong when uploading the ZIP file, or have you tried to upload the *.hiv file?
