Windows Server 2022 Standard - 21H2 - SFC failed

Hi all,

I’m currently facing an issue with two DFS-R servers in production.

Both servers are experiencing SFC scans that fail to repair corrupted files. Additionally, attempts to restore the system using DISM have been unsuccessful both online and offline. I’ve tried using an install.wim file and a local SxS directory as the source without success.

I’ve attached the logs for the first server for your review.

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey all,

Found the exact image used for my servers, used DISM offline again, and this time it worked without error.
Did SFC scannow and he repaired corrupted files.
Everything seems ok now.
