Two updates failing with 0x800f0922 on Server 2022

Hello everyone.

I have a 2022 Server that is failing to successfully install updates with error 0x800f0922. The kb's are

kb5048654
kb5046616


We use a 3rd party patch management application so we're not using internal wsus or external from MS. The application shows that the patch installed successfully but the update history from within the server shows differently "Last failed installed attempt on dd/mm/yyyy - 0x800f0922". We have downloaded and tried a manual install which completes successfully but after a reboot the update history shows as failed.

Have also ran sfc /scannow and
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth


Can someone please make sense of this? Not sure if helps but uploading the log file from get-windowsupdatelog
