Windows Updates Not Installing

Getting error 0x80070005 when trying to install windows updates on Server 2022. I have run sfc and dism and both show no issues or repairs. I have also tried deleting the SoftwareDistribution folder, rebooting and still getting the same error. I have enclosed both CBS.zip and ComponentScanner.txt.

This is happening with SCCM, Windows Update and the standalone installer. Thanks.

Is this something that is even fixable outside of a full nuke option? This server is running SQL server and I would prefer to not have to rebuild everything. Just looking for some direction? Thanks if you can provide some direction.
