Corrupt SYSTEM registry file

I got error on boot 0xc000014c File: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM is missing or corrupt
The file is there so for some reason it detect it as corrupt. I did chkdsk checks also.
The issue happen on that PC after sudden power outage . So I tried to manual fix the SYSTEM file with HiveSwarming app to rebuild it, but it's not 100% proper and the error is gone and it try to boot but then it stuck during booting win10 and nothing more happen. If put back the original SYSTEM file (I uploaded above), it show this boot error 0xc000014c again.

On that PC I have dual OS win 7 and win 10 , so I did boot to windows 7 and I did copy the SYSTEM file for win10 from there directly and upload it here, so do I need to get it again tru Recovery Environment now ?

Ah! Your edit explains a lot because you have used that tool to convert the hive to reg and back! When you do that you will lose all the permissions etc. And as the developer of that tool pointed out is that the SYSTEM hive as well as other hives are not supported!

Warning

The following hive files are not supported: (System, Software etc), as they may contian subkeys with different security descriptors. Such hives, where keys do not have the same security descriptor, cause the RegLoadAppKey API to fail. There is no way to use this user-land API with these hives.

Do you have the untouched SYSTEM hive before using HiveSwarming?

The attached SYSTEM hive file I posted first is the untouched file I got after the PC turn off due to power outage with modified file date 27 ‎December, ‎2024.
Before days I just boot to windows 7 and copy that file from the other drive D: with windows 10 and upload it here. That's the untouched file.
I tried to fix a copy of this file with HiveSwarming yesterday but that's other new SYSTEM file that doesn't give me error on boot, but then it stuck during loading win 10. When I put back this untouched file I still get the same error 0xc000014c on boot.
It's weird why the boot detect this file as corrupted but it looks like the hive file is good.
