update error 0x800f0831 Win 10 22H2

Hello,
persistant update error when trying to apply a cumultative update (recently KB5048652). Win 10 22H2.
Error code 0x800f0831 (but previously had also 0x8007025d or 0x8024200b).
DISM speaks about incorrect formated files in the buffer and sfc resigns because of resource protection.
