Windows updates failing Server 2019 Error 0x800f0986

Hello, I have been having trouble applying the latest monthly CUs (KB5050008) to Server 2019. The install fails with error 0x800f0986. SFC /SCANNOW shows no corruption and DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth shows no corruption. I ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth anyways but it did not help. The CBS.log shows PSFX_E_APPLY_FORWARD_DELTA_FAILED but I have not been able to determine the cause. SFCFix tool did not show any corruption. Attached is the CBS.logs. Any suggestions?
