Windows Server 2022 with failing Windows Updates.

Hmm, this is not a good sign. So please stop the current DISM session and run the following command and copy paste the result in your next post.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore

It didn't work at first. I had to reboot the server (after hours since the server is in production). This is the result. I have attached DISM log as well.

Hi,

Please run the following command in an elevated prompt and post the result.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup

Ran the command and it was stuck doing nothing for 12 hours. I then rebooted the server and tried the command. It is now stuck at 10% and not going anywhere.

Hi,

Download the
577bf0efb8088-FRST.png
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:

Download the 64 bit version: - Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Link
  • Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  • Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  • Press the Scan button.
  • Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  • Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Please run the following command again in an elevated prompt and post the result.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore

It shows the same result, please run the following command again in an elevated prompt and let it run till it fails and post the result.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
