Please run the following command in an elevated prompt and attach Features.txt to your next post.

I would first check if some of the installed programs are using IIS.

I can remove it if needed. But I did not yet as I do not like to make extra change during troubleshooting unless it is part of the process. How do these machines get to this state, The failing updates? I have found at least 5 now that are displaying the same behavior in my environment and 4 of those 5 all stopped in April 2024.

It seems the issue has to due with an preview update, and they may contain bugs. Personally, I never recommend installing such updates.

Please boot the system in safe mode and perform the steps in post #13 again and post the result.
