Server 2019 RDC connection Error EvCsrInitialized Error code 0x80070102

Try to check all the partitions.

chkdsk c: /f /r /b

Hi

Partition C and D without any error. I suppose the problem is caused by the TS service running as RD Connection Broler, RD Sesion Host and RD Web Access.

I removed Collections that I had prepared for users and now after restarting the server, RDC connections work.
After restart server I see one error : "Remote Desktop Services failed to join the Connection Broker on server ..." and "Remote Desktop Connection Broker Client failed to redirect the user " every RDC session
But now RDC working without black screen.

New info

When I try login other username domain\zbyszek i see black screen and user domain\test also see black screen

Now I see error:
An error occured when transitioning from CsrConnected in response to EVCsrInitialized Error code 0x800708CA
